Before access begins
A cancellation request may be accepted before digital content access or download begins, subject to applicable consumer law and the payment provider process.
After access begins
The right to cancel may be restricted after an ebook is opened, downloaded, or otherwise supplied, when the required notice and consent were provided.
Defective or incorrect content
Contact support if the file cannot be opened, the purchased title is incorrect, or the content materially differs from its listing. We will verify the issue and provide a replacement, access restoration, or refund as appropriate.
Rentals and all-access passes
Time-limited access is normally not refundable after use begins. Duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, and confirmed service failures are reviewed separately.
Seller listing fees
A seller listing fee may be refundable before review work begins. It is generally not refundable after review or publication work has started unless BookSell caused the failure.

Send the order number, account email, title, and a short explanation to marine.wave4@gmail.com. External payment refunds may also require action in the payment provider.
